new car seat

Does ds need a new car seat because of his height in not sure and I'm also not sure if we still have the manual that came with it.

The top of his ears should be below the top of the shell. His chest clip should also be moved up,and the straps need to be tighter.

As long as the straps are coming from above or even with his shoulders (cant see from the pic) or he isn't over the weight limit, he should be fine. If the straps are even, you'll need one soon. If they are coming from below, you need one now.

The clip was low because we just got done driving I was taking the pic as we were getting out of the car and thank you for the tip.

 I would get a new one just in case. That one is probably a 40" limit. We just got our 3yr old a Graco Nautilus so it will grow with her til she no longer needs a carseat or booster.

Yes there still above but not for long and he's 30lbs been that way for almost a yr
