Do you think luck plays an important part in your life?

Or, do you think you have more control over your destiny?

I don't believe in "luck," any more than I believe in "miracles".

Well when I'm playing poker it does!

Lol, but I think it's a bit of fate and a bit of control.

I believe we are in control of our destiny.

I believe in what you get in life is what youve put in, so to speak.

Absolutely not. I don't believe in luck.

I think all things considered I am considerably lucky. Things for the most part seem to go my way. I credit it mostly to God, since I try to pray for things to go my way, and if they don't then I assume there is something better coming.

a little bit maybe.  I was lucky in that I found the man of my dreams a little over 7 yrs. ago.  I made the choice tho' to love and stick by him after that.  I'm lucky that I was blessed by God w/ my two little sweeties. I make the choices to do everything I can for them to keep them safe, healthy, and happy.

"Luck" is self made. It's not really luck at all, it's making the choices you need to make to become successful, or not.

First you have to believe this, after that---you're good to go.

Fate is the external forces that "happen to you". That stuff is going to happen anyhow. YOU have the choice on whether to sit back waiting for jobs to randomly fly through the window and land in your lap, You have the choice on how to react and deal with the "bad' You also have a choice in where you go, and what time. In other words, don't go to a dark parking lot at 2am in a crime ridden city to use the ATM, you might be robbed.....thus--you're tempting fate.

I don't know if it's luck exactly, but sometimes something will happen in life and you just say "That was supposed to happen."
