I think they are awesome! I am one of them. It saves me so much money. But I buy only things I will use not everything in site like the show.

I think its great if you can truley use the items but just buying something because it's free is kinda crazy if you don't use it. I coupon and stockpile on toothpaste, laudry detergent, deorderant and shower gel. Sometimes i can stockpile on bbq sauce, hot sauce....depending on the season. Like right now is when i start to stock up on bbq sauce because it's about to get warm outside so those coupons are coming out more often and the stores are putting it on sale. I normally always have enough to get through the winter until it goes back on sale in the spring.

I coupon. I just picked up three jumbo packs of pampers diapers today for $0.50!!! All three packs for just two quarters. Seriously I don't know why people don't coupon! Over the last two years I have saved over $17K. Why pay full price for things you don't have to? And no I don't get 100 mustards in one shot. I get what my family can reasonably use before the food or product expires. And I have donated a lot of stuff that I got totally for free.
