At least 1800 if you don't want to disrupt your milk supply. http://kellymom.com/nutrition/mothers-diet/mom-calories-fluids/

One more link for you: http://kellymom.com/nutrition/mothers-diet/mom-weightloss/  You should aim to lose no more than 1.5 pounds per week. You can also nurse more often to burn more calories.

I need your age, height, weight, the number of days per week and are you EBF or BFing an older toddler?? This affects the numbers.

Sorry it took me so long... I have been at the gym all morning..

BMR: 1625+500( BFing)=2125

Maintenance while sedentary ( no workouts): 2125*1.2=2550

It is not recommended to cut calories if you are not working out as it will put you below your BFing BMR.

Maintenance while lightly working out ( 1-3 days per week): 2125*1.375=2921

To lose 1 lb per week: 2921-500=2421

Your ideal calorie range while EBF and working out 1-3 days per week is 2115-2421 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2125*1.55=3293

To lose 1 lb per week: 3293-500=2793

Your ideal calorie range while EBF and working out 3-5 days per week is 2125-2793 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
