My husband is stationed in California, and my family is in Washington. They can't make it down, but hoping that his family will make it. We are doing a little family party, with cake and presents, then maybe going to the zoo. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Where are you stationed in California? We were at Travis afb for 8 years before moving to Texas. All my family is in Washington.

We are at Travis as well. Oh really, that's cool! We are from eastern Washington. Most people I have met are from the west side.

I miss it there!! If we can't get McCord as our next base we are going to try to go back to Travis!

I would like to go there or Fairchild, but since neither base has ny husbands job, I don't think that will ever happen. I actually really like it here, most people I have met here at Travis, can't wait to leave :(
