6 weeks postpartum and I gained 5 pounds!
I have been eating okay, not too healthy but not really bad-just average. I have walked a few times but nothing significant. How can I have gained 5 pounds? This is really discouraging, especially since I have a goal to lose all of the weight and more by next February. That may seem like a long time away, but I have to lose alot to get back to my normal weight. I had 2 babies in the last 2 years and so my body has really taken a beating.
