I'll probably make a pineapple glazed ham, homemade Mac n cheese, and a couple of veggie sides and a dessert. I think it's just going to be us for Easter so I don't wanna do too much.

Polish sausge, pierogi's sweet sour red cabbage, mash potatoes,Polish sweet bread, Chrusciki's and these apricot turnover things for dessert.  Maybe a pot of chicken soup with Klusky noodles.  I'm doing a Polish dinner.  As best as I can remember grandma making it.  I went to the meat market this morning. Got 2 nice size rope Polish sausage I put in the freezer for Easter.  It's what our son wanted this year for his birthday.  It lands on Easter this year.

My sons birthday is Saturday March 30th so for Easter Sunday we will be combining Easter dinner with a birthday party.
