My 6 year old DS was complaining about his leg hurting yesterday afternoon, throughout the evening and into this morning. It's only his left leg and he says it hurts from his thigh to the tip of his toes. I have him Tylenol this morning and sent him to school. Dh says it leg cramps. I asked him if he hit his leg or fell on it or anything and he says no. Anyone have any thoughts on what it could be?

Sounds like growing pains, but I would check his leg just to be sure. See if there are any tender spots or places that are warmer than normal.

Feed him a banana... they help with leg cramps.

He hates bananas. He's a very picky eater.

I checked for bruises this morning when he was getting ready for school.
