What would you do?

BM did not get the counseling she was ordered to get. She is a mental disaster and has zero communication skills.

Talked to a lawyer today and they said to file charges for contempt and force her to go to counseling.

We just finished our last modification in October 2012 and it was so very emotionally draining that I'm just not sure I'm ready to do this again but she desperately needs the counseling.

The other reason I don't want to go to court is because we are happy with the current visitation schedule and would hate to have to fight over it again.

Thank you for reading my post!

I would file.
I don't think she would have a leg to stand on seeing as he hasn't even began to do what the courts ordered her to do in the first place.

I would assume that they would give her a lecture and make it mandatory and ignore her claims for anything else
