Hello to everyone I am new to this but I need some advice or tell me how you feel if you gave your kids grandmother every other weekend visitation because you felt like it was the right thing to do and she keep taking you to court making false allegation against you

I'd tell her to back off and wouldn't give her visitation at all. Is it the kids dads mother? Where's their dad?

I would stop the visitation, it seems like she is using the kids to get to you.

Supervised visits only at a place that charges, on her dime.

Well, i'm a grandmother and we get our gs every other weekend.  We can actually get him whenever we want but that's what works best for us.  I'd tell her if she's going to keep taking you to court then she won't have visitation.

Welcome to CafeMom,
Ask her why she is making up those allegations & taking you to court?
If she continues then I would stop her visits ..

Hugs I am sorry you are going though this. Do you have a lawyer? I would talk to someone who knows the ins and outs of the custody agreement.

Without knowing the background it's hard to give advice

But if she isn't being truthful then I suggest speaking to your lawyer or court
