If Obama passed FREE healthcare to everyone in the US, (it has been three years now) why are so many of us (well, ALL of us who work) still paying Medicare tax out of our paychecks?

Just wondering.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or serious or what here.   I mean no disrespect, I just don't understand your question.  The Healcare Reform Act made a number of reforms, but none of them made healthcare free for everyone.  That was never the idea.  People still have to pay for Medicare/Medicaid out of their paychecks to fund those services.  Also, Medicare users (senior citizens)  pay a monthly fee as well.
