I am in Tx.  The Atty general has to send out 3 letters telling the NCP to pay thier child support before they will pursue it.  Each letter has to be 30 days apart.  The Atty Gen sent out letter #2 to my SDs BM today.  Does anyone know what these letters say?  What does the thrid one say?

I know that when my fb was behind he would get letters saying there was a warrent to call probation to discuss the matter. The call, they basically asked where he was staying & if he was working. Then he got a letter saying if he didn't pay there would come to his home or workplace and arrest him. They allowed us to put down a lump sum with the agreement it would be paid by that Fri. They still arrested him Thursday cuz they didn't put the right paperwork through in time. He got out the same day.
