Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're having this problem,
You could call your pharmacist or doctor & see what they suggest.
hope you feel better ;)

Try increasing your water intake, and some extra fiber. I know that must be uncomfortable!

Try some prune juice.

I've also heard good things about apple sauce, prunes/dried plums, grapes and other fruit as well.  You might also talk to your doctor about a laxative that can help.

I totally understand been there done that! Have you tried prune juice? It's the only time I have caved in and drank the stuff, u could much on prunes, drink lots of water I also find excersise like a good swim, long walk may help. As for the glycerin suppositories I have never tried them. I hope you feel better soon .

Pear juice. The only place to get it is in the baby food aisle. Seriously works due to the high fructose content.

I take the max OTC dose of Colace every day. It doesn't totally solve the problem, but it helps. I definitely am way more uncomfortable when I don't take it. I'm 26 weeks and have taken it my whole pregnancy. The OB said it's fine. They recommend miralax too.
