Anyone have this during pregnancy??

I am 25 weeks and went for a checkup yesterday to find out I have complete placenta previa. I'm so upset!! I was put on pelvic rest for the rest of my pregnancy and I will definitely have to have a c-section. Later on I may be put on bed rest depending on how things go. Has anyone else had this? Did you have a safe delivery? Did your baby have any complications later on or after birth???

Here's a bump! I just had to have a biopsy yesterday to see if I have cancer. I'm 15 weeks. I hope you have a smooth delivery and perfectly healthy baby!

Yes it can move but my doctor said more than likely mine isn't going to move.

Your only 25 weeks... You still have plenty of time. It never hurts to have hope.

1 mom liked this

I had it, but the placenta moved a couple months before I had her and I was able to deliver vaginally. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.

My issue was Kadens umbilical cord was connected to the side of his placenta by a few blood vessels and he had an abruption while they were prepping me for a csection..
