normal or call doc? update

so the swelling started getting worse i get up to go in kitchen and i feel dizzy then i freaked out and called my hubby he came home we went to get my blood pressure checked and it was 139/77 pulse rate 96 so i called the doctor on call and he said dont worry about it unless bottom # gets to 90

is that your ankle? if so then yes swelling is normal, just try to drink more water and elevate it more. and mention it at your next apt

You're holding water, but that's not neccessarily abnormal....If you have a blood pressure cuff you might want to check your blood pressure....Other than that, maybe you ate something salty? Drink n pee, flush it out and that should help....though this close to the end, swelling is a part of it....

No i dont really eat alot of salt. i use it in moderacy.

It has been going on for a couple weeks but today is worst its ever been

 I've seen MUCH worse and everything was fine! Whens your next appointment? Has your blood pressure been high? I think that's the main concern with swollen ankles, but swollen ankles alone are nothing to worry about. Just one of the MANY joys of pregnancy!
