I have a package of ground turkey and I'm looking for recipe ideas. All I've got is 'turkey burgers' and 'pasta w/ meatballs'. My family is so SICK of pasta and sandwiches, though.

Ideas?

I don't think I have enough to make meatloaf plus I don't have much to put in it. What are the other two things?

The recipe I use for meatloaf is for a pound. The 20oz packs work well too.
Porcupine balls are a spin on meat balls, but they have rive in them, hence the porcupine and are cooked in tomato sauce, served over rice. They have a different flavor than other meatballs though because there isn't onion or scallion in them.
Potted parties are like meatloaf patties( simple recipe though) cooked in chicken broth in a pan, once they're done I make gravy out if the broth and serve with gravy and home.made mashed potatoes. They're really good comfort food.

Tater tot casserole is what I'd make.   I done this one before.  It comes out good.  You coud alter the amount of ingredients to make as much as you like.

Duggar's Tater Tot Casserole

2 lb ground turkey cooked, seasoned, drained
3 2lb bags tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans cream of chicken
Brown meat & place in large cass. dish.
Cover with tater tots. Mix soup & milk together.
Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.
(One of Daddy’s Favorites!) Makes 2- 9”X13” pans

I love to make turkey chili or taco soup.  I don't much care to use turkey for burgers or meatloaf.

The potted patties sound good. I've never made porupine balls with turkey. I've got some new ideas for this week's menu.
