Do you think NJ's 'Saggy Pants' law is RACIST?

Posted by   + Show Post

In case you didn't know, the city of Wildwood, NJ just passed a law that prohibits anyone on its boardwalk from wearing pants that sag 3 inches below the hips, exposing skin or underwear.

This law banning saggy pants on the Jersey Shore has pissed off a bunch of famous rappers -- including The Game, who told TMZ, the anti-sag movement is racist ... and tantamount to SLAVERY.

Bizzy Bone from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony said, "Are they talking about black people? How can they do that? This is racist and ridiculous."

The law's scheduled to go into effect next month.

What do you think of the ban on saggy pants?

Considering the only staggers I know are white teens... I'm gonna go with not racist... Maybe age-ist as it "targets" teens and young adults but ...

I don't think it's racist but I do think its ridiculous - it reminds me of the 60's when restaurants would put up signs saying, "no long hair here"  it's stupid and restricts people's rights - however I hope this fashion trend goes the way of bell bottoms to tell the truth - isn't it considered old fashioned already?
