Horrible pain, can someone help me find a solution?
I started working from home as a reservation customer service agent for Uhaul. I love it. i am good at it, and it lets me stay home with my daughter. :)
But as much time as I spend on the computer, I have never spent this much time on the computer, so consistantly. (every day, most of the day)
Ive been doing this for 2 weeks now. tomorrow starts my 3rd week.
Im fat. and the fat roll that connects my chest to my gut, HURTS.
like a DEEP muscle or organ pain. it feels like my diaphram pulled a muscle! (just an example, i dont know if thats the issue lol, just to give you an idea of where)
I do have a crappy old computer chair. would a better and more comfratable chair help?
would positioning my arms at the keyboard and mouse higher or lower help?
if anyone who has worked a desk job experianced this, please let me know how to help it! it has started to hurt REALLY bad over the last 2 days!
