Ok so i am only 2 months preggers and my acid reflex is killing me. My legs feel like they have growing pains. Its hard for me to breath sometimes. I'm always tired and I feel like I cant move most of the time! Is it only gonna get worse?

maybe...for the acid reflux take lots of tums and sleep upright with pillows behind your back

1 mom liked this

pepcid will help your acid reflux

drink lots of water and eat some bananas for your legs

the first trimester you are always tired

does it get worse?  depends on the person

does it get better? depends on the person

best way to deal with it: change your frame of mind, change your thinking to positive and will yourself to do stuff.

perhaps.  Usually first trimester is the hardest.  I had to be on anti nausea meds and reflux meds (zantac or ranitidine generic) to keep my stomach settled.  Tums never helped me at all.   I also had severe edema (swelling) which they never figured out.  The second trimester was calm for me once the medications worked and third is when the edema started.  Make sure you are getting plenty of potassium and all your vitamins.

the tired should get better after the 3rd month. the acid reflux could unfortunately get worse... try instead of three meals eating a small amount every hour and 1/ to  hours all day. keep it small cause to much food in your stomach can be as bad as no food. goodluck

Welcome!

Talk to the doctor about the acid reflux. They may be able to offer some relief.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Push water as your main, if not only, beverage.  Bananas and tomatoes for potassium will also help with cramping leg muscles.  Congrats!!!!
