Would you buy this for 70$?

Well my ex mother in law bought this for almost 200$ maybe 170 not sure. She just made it clear she paid a lot for it. She is trying to get rid of it cause she is moving to Oklahoma. And me, my son and fiance live in a studio so I believe it is perfect. cause its smallish. What do you think?

I'd pay $50 tops if it was in perfect condition. I've seen those in a store here and they are okay but not high quality furniture. The general rule for used it's is 1/4 of what they cost new and higher or lower depending on condition and quality.

doesn't look that sturdy...I wouldn't go over 50 dollars..
