Hi guys I am  a  mom of a 5 year old and 2 year old it is very hard to find time to exercise. ANY SUGGESTIONS...

30 day beach body fitness challenge! So quick each day, no equipment, just google 30 day fitness challenge. I started it a week ago to lose my baby weight and tummy and I lost two inches in my tummy already!

We've been doing DDP Yoga. It's AWESOME! It can be done by anyone at any fitness level. The kids can even join in while you workout, so it'll keep them occupied and teach them about fitness. :)

I lost 9.5 inches and 3 lbs. the first month. Would've lost more weight, but we've really been struggling financially, so we weren't eating enough.

Walking around the neighborhood or mall. Mommy and me swim lessons. Exercise classes that include childcare.

Take them in a wagon/stroller on walks?
Do something at home from a dvd ;)
