Hi guys I am a mom of a 5 year old and 2 year old it is very hard to find time to exercise. ANY SUGGESTIONS...
We've been doing DDP Yoga. It's AWESOME! It can be done by anyone at any fitness level. The kids can even join in while you workout, so it'll keep them occupied and teach them about fitness. :)I lost 9.5 inches and 3 lbs. the first month. Walking around the neighborhood or mall. Mommy and me swim lessons. Exercise classes that include childcare.
