Well as you all know I had a c-section. I was wondering once I'm able to exercise how will I be able to remove the belly fat that I got when I was pregnant?

Thanks for your advice!

You won't probably. But if you do, share the secret. Good luck.

I lost my belly fat by doing Pilates, it tones your muscles really good. I also walk briskly about three days a week (two miles).

Some women never lose their belly pouch, others do. I lost my belly fat with my first two but this time, it's hanging around.

Good luck

You could also try wearing a body shaper or girdle to help train your stomach to get back down to its original size on top of doing exercises.

Welcome to the c-section club I just had my 4th back in April having my daughter. C-sectiobs are the most longest recovery because while it takes only 6wks for ur outside to heal it takes awhole yr for ur total inside to heal so exercising is tricky because the wrong thing can send u straight to the hospital. the muscles thats in ur belly are all off the wall after being sectioned I was told those belly wraps help a lot alongside portion control eating so I'm about to start that. it can be done just along process if getting the depth u want.
