I'm baking rice and pork chops with cream of broccoli soup tonight and now I'm in search of cheap and easy one pan meals!

What's your favorite?

Look on Kraft foods. They have some great 1 pan quick easy recipes. Their Bruschetta chicken is so good.

Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatori

1 pack drumsticks (or other chicken bits)

1 can stewed/diced tomatoes (tom with peppers)

1 can tomato paste

1 or 2 bell peppers diced

1 large onion sliced

Fresh mushrooms sliced (as many as you like...)

1/2 t basil

1/2 t oregano

2 bay leaves

4 cloves garlic

Dash salt (I like kosher salt)

Ground black peppercorn (or regular pepper) to taste.

Mix paste with spices, garlic, and tomatoes.

Put chicken in crock pot with onions, mushrooms and peppers and pour the tomatoe mixture over it.

Cook on low 8 hours/ high 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.

I like to pull the meat from the bones and serve the whole thing over pasta.

Cheesy chicken and rice. I can do it in either the casserole dish in oven or crockpot

Easy Chicken and Dumplings Boil chicken with bullion cubes (frozen breasts work fine). 1 1/2 c water to 1 cube. Mix bisquick with milk (2 c bisquick to 2/3 c milk) allow to rise while the chicken cooks. Once chicken is no longer pink, I like to shred it and return it to the water. Drop the dumpling mix by spoonful into the boiling broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Dumplings are done when no longer dough-y in the middle. Sauce will thicken as it stands. You could add frozen mixed veggies if you like.
