When you first wake up?

I've spent most of my life waking @ 5:30am and rushing off to my job - and on the weekends - same deal - I had a jewelry biz, marketing my creations at flea mkts, church & school fairs etc. I always worked hard - now I work SMART! (I have a business at home)
NOW I start my day by reading in bed for a while to get my day started with positive thoughts! It's a beautiful leisurely way to begin a new day! The clock is right there beside my bed, but I haven't needed to actually set it for years. It's a luxury I feel I've earned from all my years of hard work and very little sleep. It's just something that makes me feel grateful for each day! Then I have some plain Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, cinnamon, raw honey, flax, sunflower seeds & dark choc chips to get a healthy start. After that I get to work - (sit down at the computer & get on the phone!) I take breaks as necessary, play with my cats when they want, sometimes work outside on my 2nd flr deck among the trees...I LOVE my life!
