A week and a half ago I prepared 2 weeks worth of freezer meals. I have 4 left so I am looking at recipes I want to do for the next 2-3 weeks. When I did it the first time I was using a book called "Once a Month Cooking" and just took recipes from there. However, I have found recipes I really want to use from other cookbooks that are not specific to freezing. Salmon burgers, vegetable couscous with chicken, chicken cutlets with herb butter...etc. I assume I could just cook/prepare/cut veggies and freeze it like I did before?
Help! I am still new to freezing meals, but it has saved us $$ and time. We are SOOO busy most nights and ended up eating out a LOT. Now we only eat out on Wednesdays (our board game night at a bar/pub/restaurant) and love having home cooked meals.
I would love advice on freezing meals!
