I smell bad

Since I gave birth to my second daughter, I start smelling like a teenager, who did not take a shower for a few days. I take a shower every day, sometimes twice a day. This is only happens when I breastfeed my daughter. I am embarrassed to work out at the gym, thinking that the person next to me would judge me. What should I do? Any advice, what to eat or how to get rid of the smell? I did not experience this with my first one.

I don't have experience with this, but you could always call your doctor.

Way TMI but when I'm pregnant, I develop an odor "down there". No matter how often I wash or with what, it's there and it's gross! As soon as I'm not pregnant anymore, it's gone. I'm sure it's hormone related.

Has anyone commented to you about it?  How old is dd?  Are you wiping your breasts down after nursing each time?   I would definitely talk to your doctor though in case it isnt in your head.
