Does anyone know if this is a good carseat? The Reviews I've read were good but I figured I would ask here... I need a car seat that is around $75 and not much more!!

I had a different graco when dd was born.   Is 75 your max budget for an infant seat or do you want one that could last longer than just the first year of life.

I'm not positive but I think it's good.

I had maxi cosi infant seats but switched to a convertible britax at 4 months. She was too heavy to be lugging around in the infant seat!

It's good but you can get more time out of a good convertible or even a Snugride 30 or 35. It is a good safe seat and from what I hear, very easy to install.

Its the max I can pay right now for one... I'm not real worried about her out growing it and I KNOW all kids are different but unless she got a gene from a giant my son is JUST Now 37.5 lbs and 39.5 inches tall... and He's 5!! LOL Both my DH and I are short!! LOL I just need a infant car seat for now!!

But how much do those cost? I cannot afford much more than $75 with everything else I need to get on our budget??

Then this seat is good. The Flex Loc is good as well, but I have heard it can be harder to install in some vehicles. The upside to the flex loc is a higher harness height and weight limit, but still right with your price range.

I used this type of seat with my older 3 kids. It is an ok seat. The only thing I disliked was the rear adjust harness. I would look for one with a front adjust harness.

If you can spend just a little more this is a really good seat for the price.
