I have sensitive skin and DD size boobs. Underneath is also very sensitive. I have broken out in rashes under my boobs many of times. Last night during sex my dh grabbed one and kind of did this lifting up thing on it. It hurt right away and I made him let go. I noticed during my shower this morning that even putting soap there made it sting. It's raw again. (just under that one though) he told me that because of this he thinks the solutions would be a reduction. My thoughts on this, is even if I got down to an A cup it still wouldn't help.

There is a difference between being not in shape and being obese.  The OP is and my SIL was significantly overweight.....and the doctor will have her lose weight before the reduction.

I mean, I wasn't obese.. But I certainly wasn't in tip top shape. lol

Quoting Wicked.Jester:

Well, were you overweight?

Any place you go for a reduction is going to request you lose weight first.  It may solve your problem as well.

I had a reduction and they didn't say squat to me about losing weight.

A friend of my had a gastric bypass and she went through something similar.  She sometimes wonders were those pics are now....she wasn't completely nude but still naked enough.  More naked than she wanted to be at that weight and take a picture, anyway.

Quoting matofour:

Ha! I should of asked to save it, and sold that Boobie fat on the black market. I could of made a killing! I know lots of people that wished they could of sucked it out of me, and put it in themselves.

For what it's worth,it was a yearlong process to get approved through insurance. Physical therapy, chiropractic, two specialists, before I was finally approved. The worst part is the pictures they take, ugh....I just imagine some perv working at the insurance agency with pictures of my insanely huge boobies...ewwww.

Quoting Wicked.Jester:

Its because you were already a thin, healthy weight.

The OP isn't.  My SIL wasn't.

I wish you would have saved some of that F and sent it to me though.

Selfish.

If you're just concerned about the rash, I would maybe try antiperspirant. I'm a DD and while I don't get the redness underneath, I was getting like a heat rash between by boobs for months. I would clean it really well, make sure it was dry, but it would still get red and raw. I bought some of the clinical antiperspirant/deodorant (Dove I think) and just swiped between my boobs every morning. I did it for about 2 weeks and eventually the redness was completely gone, the skin was healed and I haven't had do apply it again since then, and that was almost 2 months ago. I went through the end of summer with no sweat between my boobs, which is huge for me! :)

Id see a doctor.  You could have yeast under there from moisture.  My mom uses Gold Bond powder under her breasts.   Not for yeast but when she is cleared up.

Try Lotrimin AF for the rash and use cornstarch to keep the area dry.   You probably have a yeast type infection, whiich loves warm and damp areas.  Reduction is drastic but could be warranted.  You should first see a dermatologist about the rash and seek advice about the reduction.  Losing weight would help too.  You probably wouldn't have problems if you were an A, not saying that is the solution.

I gained a fair amount of weight and my boobs got huge. I'm pretty big already, but they were pouring out of everything. And yes, I started to get damp rashes and redness under my breasts despite wearing a supportive bra all day. I started paying particular attention to drying after showers and powdering under them every day and the rashes went away. I always had to be careful about it, though.

I found that using my anti-perspirant under them dried them out too much and caused another problem.

Losing weight (25 lb so far, 15 to go) has made a big difference. They're still big, but not so heavy that they're trapping moisture anymore. No more rashes.

I'd say that washing with a gentle soap, drying thoroughly, powdering with either regular baby powder or a medicated one like Gold Bond will get you through this until you've lost more weight.
