Elf on a Shelf - Halloween SPIN OFF - Skeleton in a Chair! (Pictures!)

Do you do the Elf on a Shelf at Christmas time?

Well, I just made something up for Halloween! It's called Skeleton in a Chair!

I didn't know what to do with the life size Skelton that I bought so I kept moving it around from chair to chair.

Each day, the kids wake up or come home from school and find the skeleton sitting in a new spot!

I told them that he moves around while they're gone. My 7 yr old asked me to make sure that he doesn't come upstairs to his room! Lol

If you thought the Elf on a Shelf was creepy, you should see this!

I'm not sure that my kids will let me take their candy! Lol

Quoting halloweenfairy:

Check out "the Halloween Fairy keeps Christmas Merry" and start a real fun family tradition. Love the skeletons but I think my kids will freak!

The Halloween Fairy comes and takes the trick or treat candy to give to santa. It's the same story every year. It happens the same way, Your Hallowen Candy will save Christmas Day!

My kids love it! Amazon.com ...great book!

Lol! I was scared when I 1st took the skeleton out of the box. I figured it would freak me out wherever I put it. That's when I decided to make it part of the family. My 7 yr old was eating cereal and I sat the skeleton next to him at the kitchen table and said, 'meet your new brother.' From then on, Fred has become part of the family and no one's scared of him... except in the middle of the night when I go down to get a drink and forget that he's there. Lol
