Bump. plan on searching for a recipe tonight and sending so to store first thing in the morning. I'm 9 weeks pregnant and my food variety is very limited right now. but that sounds absloutly delish!

2 moms liked this
Make sure to find a fairly round pumpkin, not too oval or bumpy.
Maybe start from a hill so you get distance without to much strain!
Be sure to stretch too!

When you roll it, use one of those lint free tea towels, not a regular towel.

Cook the cake on parchment paper (it's much easier to take out of the pan, I also spray the paper with Bakers joy. When you take it out wrap in in a damp tea towel and roll it up and put it in the fridge for a hour or so. Until you get practice you may crack the cake a little but it still tastes the same. After you put the cream cheese mix in and roll it back up wrap it in foil and freeze it before serving.
