I am a new mom of a 14week old baby girl.  Its crazy how much I can love someone.  But yesterday we were at the doctors on the doctors table and I went to grab a diaper and she decided to roll over and fall on the floor it had to be a 3 foot drop!!! She cried right away and I had the doctor come in and he said she was fine.  But I cant stop crying!!! I am horrible and I still feel like theres something wrong, how can she be fine with a fall like that!!! Not even a bump or bruise!!!

Welcome to the group,
If he says she is she must be,
However you can keep an eye on her to see if she is having any unusual signs of behavior.
These things happen  ..

Hello and welcome!

Congrats on your baby girl! A lot of moms have had an experience like that whether their baby rolls off the bed or couch. Don't beat yourself up over it ((hugs))

Babies are very tough (minus the soft spot on their head).  It was probably scary more than painful for her.  All my boys have fallen off the beds and couches.  Just relax.  You will be fine.

Hugs! As long as the Doctor says she was ok, but I would still keep an eye out. Watch her closely for a few days!

Kids are resilient. Things happen. If she is giving you reason to think something is wrong then get her seen. If you're just worried, don't be. Almost all kids roll of something or another. My youngest is about the same age and I am sure it's only a matter of time before he takes a plunge off something, it's basically a right of passage.

babies fall a lot.

they just do.

the doctor checked her out and as long as she behaving normally- she is fine.

it's the first of many falls in her lifetime- all i can say- you are gonna have to get used to bumps and bruises.

now that you are aware of how quickly she can roll- do not take your eyes off her when you lay her down if she can fall.
