Would you help your son dress up like a girl?

Tonight was there was a roller derby here.  Well they were doing a costume contest and my kids decided that they both wanted to dress like roller derby girls.  My kids are dd (9) and ds (7).  My ds is very much a boy boy, wouldn't even wear a pink ribbon on breast cancer awareness day at school so I asked him if he was sure he wanted to dress like a girl, but he said yeah.  So I helped my son dress up like his version of a roller derby girl and he won the costume contest!  I was just curious how many other parents would be ok with and help their son's dress in girls clothing.

For these types of things, I would help him.  To me it is like the powder puff league that high school had...... Girls played football and the boys dressed in female cheerleading uniforms  lol.

Yup, my son pretty much gets whatever he wants as long as he behaves.

The boys basketball team at my high school dressed up like cheerleaders for a pep rally. So yeah. There are times where it is comical and fitting.
