My kids favorite is crockpot meatloaf. I make it the normal way, put in crockpot, add potatoes, carrots and some beef broth cook on low for 8-10 hrs. This is tonights dinner, add a salad and some fresh made bread and yummy!!!

Spicy French Dip:
3lb roast
1package dry Italian dressing
1-2 cans diced jalapeños (depending in how spicy you like it!)
1-2 can of water

Cut roast in half and place in crock pot. Mix Italian dressing, jalapeños, and water together and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
When finished cooking, shred beef and serve with French rolls and juices.

Whatever meat I have left over, I usually make enchiladas with. Yummy!

I will have to come back to this. I've just started with crock pot meals. Today I'm making a whole chicken with carrots and potatoes. Nothing exciting but it saves me from having to cook. lol

I love and LIVE by mine. LOL Helps so much with all my kids in some sort of activity. My favorite recipe is my Taco Soup...

Browned hambuger

2 cans of kidney beans/ juice

2 cans of Pinto beans/ juice

2 cans of corn/ juice

2 cans of diced tomatoes. ( I use the seasoned ones )

let go all day long. The best ever. And now I am craving it lol...

When it's done we top it with cheese and sour cream. Sometimes I will add in a ranch packet to go with it. But when you brown your beef, use a taco seasoning packet like your making tacos. That is where your flavor comes from.

Beef stew/goulash or a shredded chicken for chicken tacos or rice bowls.

I've never made meatloaf in the crockpot, but I'd like to. Right now my favorite is putting a whole roasting chicken in and cooking it until the meat falls off the bone. :)
