Would I loose

Weight if i changed pop ( I work nights so I drink lots) for slim fast? I need somthing that's still like a treat and not just water or flavored water

 slim fast is a meal replacement..and just dropping pop from your diet, yes you will lose weight..but, in order to see a difference, ya still need to eat healthy and exercise :)

Soda adds an extra 10-15 lbs on most people if drank regularly! I would switch to tea or coffee without sugar. You will definitely drop the weight!

You'd get more heatlhy nutrients if you switched, but you'd still be having that many calories.  It's hard to say without knowing how much soda you drink or anything like that.

Cutting soda from your diet would definitely make a difference.

Most likely yes but it also will help with healthy eating & exercise :)

Skim Fast is just as bad for you. Work water in as you cut back on pop and just drink that.

If those are the only two choices ... pop or slim fast ... you may as well give up on the idea of losing weight. One is guaranteed to pile on empty calories and fat, the other is intended as a meal replacement, not a snack.

Both will leave you dehydrated if you aren't also drinking water ~ and being dehydrated also contributes to weight gain.
