Does anybody have transformations?

This is my transformation still have a long ways to go but from 2009 to now it's taken me it seems like forever to get to where I'm at now. I need to build some muscle mass still but proud of where I'm at. I love to see transformation pics so if you got some i would love to see them! Gives me more motivation:)

Any one like a p90x or TapouT or les mills Jillian michals workout gym or just eating healthy?

This was yesterdays work out.  I do this about 3-4 times a week, and try to get in 6-7 miles a day of cardio.  I currently weigh 244lbs, so I'm working on my transformation.  Good job :)


This morning:
30 x 50lbs ab cruncher
20 x 100lbs leg extension
25 x 70lbs incline bench press
30 x 60lbs seated row
30 x 70lbs tricep press
20 x 330lbs seated leg press

This evening:
30 x 330lbs seated leg press
20 x 80lbs incline bench press
20 x 110lbs back extension
25 x 60lbs ab cruncher
40 x 70lbs seated row

I mainly do cardio. I have been incorporating strength, like pushups, crunches, and kettlebell.

I need to lose a shit ton of weight and gain some muscle. I want to be a firefighter. And I wany to be healthy. I would like to be able to run a marathon some day.
