I have a problem I don't know any workout to do with my 22 month old daughter and my 4 month old to get rid of the prego fat since my son was born .Help!

Look into baby/infant yoga using their weight for your traininh

Lift the baby up--baby curls, raise the baby overhead and bring down and kiss--baby military press

Lay down with knees bent and sit baby on your hips then curl up--baby crunches, hug baby and do squats--weight baby squats

Sit on your couch, sit baby on your feet and raise your feet up-- baby leg extensions, pop in the stroller and go gor a walk--cardio

Lay baby on their back and do a push up then kiss baby as you go down or push up with them on your back while in a sling or backpack type device.
