As long as that works for you that is good then :)

Sometimes I do, sometimes I do not. Just depends what coupons I have and what is on sale for the week.

Nope, I put in request. Hubby does all the cooking.

Sort of.  I buy the ingredients of what I plan to make in the next week or two.  I don't know exactly which days I'll make whatever meals though.  Sometimes I don't make all of the meals in the time I plan though.

Our daughter is about to be 20mon old. I cook every Sunday for the week. I buy chicken, tilapia, rice, and quinoa in bulk and go once a week to buy fresh veggies and fruits. It's simple and seriously leaves no question "what's for dinner" LOVE IT.

Quoting hugss:

That that sounds really good & very organized on your part.

How old is your daughter?

Quoting jalexis_29:

I meal prep for anywhere between three days up to a week. I bake about 7lbs of chicken, steam veggies, make rice/quinoa measure it all out for each dinner for hubby and I. We are on a massive fitness kick and I find that it help keeps us on track with healthy eating when I do it this way. Our daughter eats a different meal just because ours are already made.
