Dry. I don't get it! His moms turkey was way too dry for me. And she served it with beef gravy. I like it moist. He says moist turkey is gross!

I thought it was everyones goal to make a moist turkey.. lol

So do you like your turkey moist or dry ( dry meaning you can't stab it with a fork)

I didn't think about that.  Why did they serve turkey with beef gravy? lol

No meat should be dry. And beef gravy with turkey is weird, of course we always do giblet gravy ( which is weird to some people).

I like it a little dry... Mostly a texture thing (I also prefer medium well to well done beef and crispy bacon)... I do find my in laws turkey a bit too dry but I usually just mix with stuffing, mashed potatoes or green beans to moisten a bit... Theirs is awesome for a good sandwich though because the bread doesn't get soggy!! And the sandwich is their true end goal as they always have a ton left over for just that reason.

I do not like mine moist, I like it tender.  There is a difference.  We were sent home with about 5-10lbs of turkey plus the carcass so we have been forrest gumping recipes all night LOL.
