Blech. I don't serve quiche ever.
Sorry I'm no help. Here's a bump.

I serve a salad with tons of veggies. It's a nice contrast to the rich heaviness of quiche.

We eat it alone. When we order it from the bakery it comes with a salad.

I do this too--because quiche has a crust, you don't need another starch, and salad makes a really nice contrast.

However, I usually serve frittata instead of quiche, and then serve it with salad AND a good, crusty bread. That's just my preference, though!

Salad. I don't know why, but I never think of quiche for dinner.

I'd serve a garden salad and fresh fruit with quiche.
