Working out!!

Ok, I know that 2014 is right around the corner and I know that getting into shape is usually one of the goals a LOT of people will set for themselves. So moms, what work out programs/exercise routines have you tried and loved?? Any out there you want to try? I know every person will have different results but let's help each other out with tips and tricks!

C25k got me back into running a year ago. Brazilian butt lift and insanity really toned me up.

Yep like PP said c25k was the start. I kept running and do 2.5-3miles 3-4 times a week. Never thought I would be a runner and if it wasn't for shin splints I would be going farther. Working on those but really happy with my progress and enjoy the quiet time immensely.

What is this c25k? I've never heard of it! I can't stand running though

I run in the spring, summer, & fall..I can't run in the winter because the cold air makes my legs itch horribly bad so I run on the treadmill instead
