Juggling Out Of State Family Time for Baby on Another Members Budget

A ticket back home was purchased by a family member for baby and I to visit as as a Christmas gift. Both in-laws and most family members also reside there but approximately 1-1.5 hrs away from gift giver. How do I organize time with each side of the family without disrespecting anyone on time spent especially the gift giver?
