Healthy ways to gain weight.

I'm looking for healthy ways to gain a little weight.. I just had my third baby a few months ago and I always lose way to much weight.. I will admit I need to eat healthier in general if there is anything healthy left :( seems like everything is not good for you these days..

I'm definitely not an expert on this, but maybe increase your protein?!

Healthy fats,  mini meals 6 times a day. You will have to do some research but there is a lot of scholarly information out there on the topic.

Acavados, almond butter, whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes, etc...

I wish I could say I had this problem. Try drinking some chocolate milkshakes, I always gain weight when I drink those, haha :)

other than that not sure!
