I make a bastardized chicken cacciatore that is easy and people seem to like.

A package of chicken breast or thighs
One of the big cans of tomato juice
Medium onion sliced
Green pepper sliced
Garlic (to taste)
Baby Bella mushrooms
Carrots (sliced or baby)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano

Put everything in the crockpot and cook until the chicken starts to fall apart

Serve over rice or noodles.

I haven't had chicken cacciatore for a long time, and never in the crockpot. Thank you for the recipe! :)

Try Pinterest. Beef Stew in the crock pot is heavenly this time of year, especially if you live where it's cold.

I have this recipe that is chicken with noodles that is delicious, but it cannot be healthy for you! But like I said, it's amazingly delicious so....

Put in 4 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cans chicken broth, and a stick of butter

Let it cook on low for about 6 hours (or whenever the chicken is cooked through)

Then take the chicken out and shred it by pulling it apart and put back into the crockpot

Add a package of homemade egg noodles (you can buy them, I get a bag of Amish egg noodles at Walmart) and let them cook until done. (The noodles will absorb the soup so it won't be soupy when you eat it)

When the noodles are done enjoy!!
