Ours is always up. We have a dd petrified of the dark and turns her light on at night when she thinks we are asleep. Even tho she has a nightlight in every outlet in her room. So if it did go up well we wouldn't notice. Lol bad thing is she is 17. Lol

Oh wow I am sorry! It's just me and my husband living in the house here and its a house we just moved into a few months ago. We are not used to having a power bill over 400.00 and it being so cold here where we live. It's really bad this year! Ugh

Yes, mine did! I try to keep my unit on 70, but it didn't matter when I got my bill.

Our electric bill didn't go up but our propane bill sky rocketed. We used to be able to fill our 500 gallon tank for about $600 and this last time it cost over $1000.

A friend of mine went and filled up a 7 gallon tank it cost her $30, the time before it only cost her $16. They are really poor and she was almost in tears because she didn't know the price had went up and didn't have enough money to pay. Luckly my husband was there getting gas and paid for it.
