7, three girls and four boys. DH and I both wanted a big family, he's one of eight kids and I'm one of eight kids so we're used to big families.

Quoting Hottmomma607: I'm done too.
How many do you have?

Quoting anon1986East:

Nope, I'm done having babies. I figure even after all my kids are out of the baby and toddler stages I can always go play with my friend's babies and I've got younger siblings who I expect will someday have babies that I can spoil.

Quoting Hottmomma607: Which birth control do you use?
I have a very effective birth control, my husband has a vasectomy.

Quoting Perle1: One and done. I use a highly effective contraceptive method and would abort an unintended pregnancy.

I use a Mirena and condoms as I am not married nor am I in a long term relationship. I've used the Mirena for 10 years. Condoms are more for STD prevention, and serve as backup pregnancy prevention. I like the menstrual side effects (mostly no period, very light cycles toward the end of the Mirena's lifespan) so I have not been sterilized. Mirena is slightly less effective than a tubal but there's not enough of a difference to make me change since it works so well.
