I'm 17 weeks pregnant and sex with my boyfriend is not the same. It's uncomfortable and I find myself bored with it. Did anyone else have this problem?

im 19 wks and sex was amazing before but its like 2000x more amazing now lol i was so worried, self conscious when i first got preg thinking he wouldnt be attracted to me or that it would change us but so far its brought us so much closer in an intimate way. i think alot of it is a mind thing. have you tried spicing it up or maybe thinking about things and getting yourself riled up before? i know the first few weeks for me becamse routine and we had to have a talk about needing more romance so it doesnt seem like a chore.

Every woman is different.  Some have an increased sex drive during pregnancy and some have a decreased sex drive.  It's ok and it's normal to not desire sex.

We had to switch positions to either me on top or doggy. It was the only way to be comfortable.

Both of those positions are very painful for me any suggestions?

Spooning position. Worked great even when I was 39 weeks :)

keep trying new postitions untill you find one that is enjoyable for both of you...  and it's not uncommon to have decreased drive.

I completely lost my drive during my last pregnancy. I would cave and give it up but I never enjoyed it. Every position hurt in some fashion. The least painful was doggy style.
