My boy is 16 months old. He is 24lbs 33inches. He drinks about 16-20oz per day. Here is his normal eating schedule:
8am Breakfast (usuay cereal, toast, fruits) + milk
10am Snacks (crackers/fruits + milk)
12:30pm Lunch (meat, veggie, cheese, rice/pasta/bread + fruits)
4pm Snacks (crackers/fruits + milk)
6Pm Dinner (meat, veggie, rice/pasta + fruits)
7:30pm Snacks (optional)
My son started being picky about what he eats so i try to expose him to all kinds of foods and at the same time provide all kinds of nutritions for him. :)

My dd did not eat much as a toddler 2-3 tsp of foods and she was done unless it was mashed potatoes and gravy.  Then she could eat 1-3 cups of taters LOL She was drinking 18-24 oz of milk a day while still nursing as well.

Are you confused about portion sizes OR his variety/lack of variety for foods?  At this age they can eat anything you do barring food allergies , just on a smaller portion level.

As long as you watch for food allergies, make sure the portions are appropriate and the pieces are bite sized for avoid choking, your toddler should be able to pretty much eat anything you do.

My dd is 22 months. She's been a constant eater since she became mobile lol

She eats anything and e wry thing except pork chops and ketchup.

She does breakfast, lunch and dinner and plenty of snacks through out the day. She tells me when she's hungry and tells me what she wants for a snack, and I give it to her.

She's always had a large appetite (even as a baby.) but has also always been under weight.

She's never been big on milk though.

My kids at that age ate about 3 ounces of juice per day and 2 ounces of whole milk at each meal. Mainly water drinkers.
In one day they consumed...
1 kids cup of yogurt
1/2 cup Cheerios
1 large fruit (we shared one at meals and snacks. I ate most of one and they had a few bites.)
1/4 to 1/2 ounce of meat
2 servings bread (bread, bagel, muffin, etc)
Lots of veggies, a cup or 2 worth throughout the day
A treat such as a granola bar or cookie.

Your doctor can tell you he's your child should be eating
