I was wondering about premolars in kids. Would they cause low grade fevers?

Welcome to CafeMom,
If I recall it is possible.
Is that is what's going on?  You could always ask your pediatrician to be sure.
Nice to meet you :)

Welcome!

And my kiddos always ran low grade fevers when teething. It didn't seem to matter which teeth they were. I say just keep an eye on it and if you're a little worried, go ahead and give your dr. a call and ask. That's what they are there for! :)

Welcome.
My kids always had a slight fever while teething. You can always call the doctor to make sure or to ease your mind.

Welcome to cafemom! I'm not sure about the fever, but docs say teething doesn't cause diarrhea, and my kids all had it when they were teething, so I guess anything is possible.
