So I every hour I have to be snacking on something, it's driving me crazy. What's the most substantial foods to hold me over longer if any? Or should I keep snack bars on me at all times?

Try snacks with higher fiber and protein content. Almonds, carrots with hummus, apple slices with peanut butter, etc. What are you normally eating, now?

What are the snacks you are eating?   Celery with pb, cheese stick, even half a chicken breast would be healthier and hold you over.   Oatmeal is also a good snack or mini meal.  Smoothies with fruits, veggies, yogurt.

Hi protien snacks are your best bet. They'll fill you quicker and hold you over longer.

Everyone above gave you great ideas, so I won't repeat them :)

I've been eating mostly fruits and vegetables. I just have to be careful with peanut products due to minor allergic reactions.
