What are the snacks you are eating? Celery with pb, cheese stick, even half a chicken breast would be healthier and hold you over. Oatmeal is also a good snack or mini meal. Smoothies with fruits, veggies, yogurt.
Hi protien snacks are your best bet. They'll fill you quicker and hold you over longer.
