I accidently bought a top serloin London broil. No idea how to cook this cut of meat and I thought they were usually really tough and chewy.

How do I cook this baby?

You have to marinate it overnight if you want it to be good. I usually marinate it in vinegar, A1 sauce, garlic powder and salt n pepper then the next day I bake it in the oven. The key though is the marinade so that it's not tough.

Marinate it and grill it or broil it.

We use a package of meat marinade, and let it sit for several hours. My husband will grill or broil, but not long because we like it really rare. Then cut it up into semi-thin slices.
